Welcome to our first ever Car Raffle, we have been donated this Volvo V50 by Ashely Neal Media LTD.

You can purchase up to 200 tickets but only one ticket at a time to be able to have separate raffle numbers.
Your order number per each transaction shall be deemed as your raffle number and shall be used when the draw takes place to determine the winner of the car.
Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are the James Bulger Memorial Trust’s Raffle Rules.
By entering the raffle, entrants agree to
be bound by these rules.
Thank you for supporting James Bulger Memorial Trust Car Raffle. The closing date to enter
online is Monday 1st December and by post (cheque) Monday 17th November (to allow for cheque to clear into charity account).
The draw will take place on Tuesday 2nd
December 2025.
Any money received after the closing date will be treated as a donation.
Cheques to be made payable to James Bulger Memorial Trust and sent to,

No tickets may be sold to
persons aged under 16, winner must have a valid UK Full Drivers Licence and have proff of Insurance and Road Tax, the maximum number of tickets which can be purchased is
200 per person.
If any ticket/s are unknowingly sold to a person who is under the age of 16, they will be
exempt from the raffle, they will forfeit their prize, and their entry money will be returned
to them.
Raffle tickets shall be priced at £5.
All raffle entry sales are final, and no refunds shall be made at any time.
All entrants acknowledge that their payment of £5 per ticket to enter the JBMT
Car Raffle does not guarantee that they will win.
Full payment for each ticket
must be received either in the form of online payment or cleared funds before the ticket can be entered into the draw. Only tickets for which full payment has been received either in the
form of online payment or cleared funds are eligible to win the prize.
Winners will be announced via a live video and notified by telephone, email or post no later than one week after the draw date. Results will be published on our website at www.forjames.org
or can be found by calling the the charity office phone number (0151 546 9508) from three working days after the draw date.
Please keep your ticket numbers as proof of purchase. All entrants are solely responsible
for providing (JBMT) with their accurate and up-to-date contact details, (JBMT) will be in no way liable for any failure or inability to contact any entrant due to any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the contact details that the entrant has provided. In the event that an entrant changes their contact details, they will be solely responsible for advising (JBMT) of the change.
Winners will be selected by the James Bulger Memorial Trust and drawn via Google Random Number Generator.
The results of the draw are final.
(JBMT) reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these rules.
Your chances of winning the Volvo V50 car
in the Car Raffle will depend on the number of entries in the draw.
The Car Raffle is for one prize which has been donated by Ashley Neal Media LTD.
The company donated the car as part of their fundraising activities to support JBMT.
JBMT is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by a small society lotteries licence via Knowsley Council Licensing Department. (25/10147/SL)
Ownership will be transferred to the winner at the point of handover.
The Volvo V50 (GF 12DYN) has a valid MOT.
There is no warranty with the car and the winner will have to prove the car is insured and has valid road tax.
Both (JBMT) and Ashley Neal Media LTD will not be held responsible for any road traffic offences once the car has been signed for and driven away.
